Because we don't bill for what the cloud does. Two years ago, what cost an agency 80 hours of human work now takes 8 hours plus a tiny model bill. We pass that compounding back to you instead of marking it up.
What does "cloud passes through at cost" actually mean?
We bill you our wholesale rate from Anthropic, OpenAI, Twilio, Vercel — same dollar we pay. We show you the invoice. Typical agent costs run $20–200/month per agent, depending on volume.
Do you work with founders outside Toronto?
Yes — about half our clients are remote. We have offices in Toronto and Brampton; the rest of the team is distributed. We've shipped projects with clients in 4 time zones.
Can I start with a project and move into a retainer?
That's the most common path. ~70% of our retainer clients started with a fixed-fee project. We don't push it — if you don't need ongoing help, we'll say so.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
On the 2-week vibe-code diagnostic and the project packages — yes. If we miss the deliverable on the scope we agreed, we refund. On retainers, we offer a monthly out instead.
What if I don't know what I need yet?
